Commercial Fencing Services We Provide in Houston

As a full-service Houston fence installation company, Aber Fence offers a complete range of commercial and industrial fencing products engineered for longevity and code compliance.

  • Chain Link Fencing: Galvanized and vinyl-coated chain link remains one of the most cost-effective and versatile options for commercial properties. We install chain link fencing for warehouses, construction sites, utility yards, storage facilities, and municipal properties throughout the Houston metro area.
  • Ornamental Steel and Aluminum Fencing: For corporate offices, multifamily communities, retail centers, and institutional properties where appearance matters as much as protection, our ornamental steel and aluminum fencing combines visual appeal with commercial-grade strength.
  • Commercial Reinforced Fencing: When the priority is perimeter protection, we install anti-climb, anti-cut, and high-security fencing systems suitable for data centers, chemical plants, logistics hubs, and regulated facilities. Options include welded mesh panels, palisade fencing, and crash-rated barriers designed to meet ASTM and facility-specific security standards.
  • Automated Gates and Access Control: We design and install swing gates, cantilever slide gates, barrier arms, and fully automated access systems integrated with keypads, card readers, intercoms, and loop detectors — ideal for properties that require controlled entry and exit.

Is Commercial Fencing Right for You?

What Types of Commercial Fencing Do You Offer?

Aber offers powder-coated ornamental iron fencing; commercial gates with access control, chain link fencing, and wood fencing projects over 500 linear feet in length.

How Long Does a Typical Commercial Fencing Project Take to Complete?

Depending on site positioning, traffic control, permitting when required, installation is typically 100 linear feet per day.

What materials do you use for commercial fencing?

Aber Fence prefers Ameristar powder-coated iron products, 9-gauge chain link fencing and #2 or better Western red cedar woods.

How do you ensure the durability and longevity of your fencing products?

Texas law requires all fence companies to provide a one-year warranty on material and labor. Ameristar offers a 20-year warranty based on location and distance from the Gulf Coast.

How do you prepare the site for fencing installation?

If tear & haul is required, the existing old fence is removed. If security is a necessity, Aber will install temporary chain link fencing 2—3 feet away from the designated fence line.

What is the typical installation process like?

When tear & haul of existing fence is involved, the fence is removed and the end and gate posts are completely removed. The other posts are cut at grade level and pounded into the soil. If there is a concrete grade and installation of a new fence the customer can choose between having the sets core-drilled or flanged. If the existing fence is already on a concrete grade the posts are jack-hammered out to allow the new posts to be emplaced.
